Gentoo™ Hydrophobic Coating
The Revolution in Coating Technology
Gentoo is a “flexible ceramic” sol-gel coating that combines polyurethane and polysilane with a fluorinated layer. Funded by the US Military for F-35, F-16 & F-18 fighter jet canopies, it creates an ultra-thin (5 microns), clear, durable coating that is extremely repellent, anti-corrosive, and flexible. One coat delivers anti-corrosion, self-cleaning, water and solvent repellency, UV resistance, and chemical resistance across a temperature range of -50°C to 200°C.
Ultra-Archaea® Bioremediation
Safe, Versatile, Proven Bioremediation
Ultra-Archaea is a consortium of over 100 naturally occurring archaea species cultivated from extreme environments such as undersea volcanic vents. Bred on crude Texas oil as their sole food source, these 100% natural, non-GMO, non-pathogenic microbes are shipped dormant in a bentonite-clay carrier. They work aerobically, anaerobically, and facultatively to remediate over 100 compounds including hydrocarbons, aromatics, PAHs, chlorinated solvents, and more. Listed on the US EPA National Contingency List since inception.
Ultra-S3 H₂S Removal
Efficient, Easy, Safe H₂S Elimination
Ultra-S3 is an advanced oxidizing system that uses hydrogen peroxide to generate hydroxyl radicals — the most effective oxidizing agents available. It permanently breaks down hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) into elemental sulfur and water, and degrades other recalcitrant organic compounds to CO₂ and water. Used successfully in the US for over 10 years, Ultra-S3 is non-hazardous (classified under TSCA), does not affect treatment system biology, and won’t clog downstream infrastructure.
EverShield™ Fabric Protection
The First Durable Omni Repellent
EverShield is a durable omni-repellent (DOR) fabric treatment developed by the US Army Natick Soldier Research Center and Luna Innovations over 6+ years with $2M+ in SBIR funding. It creates superhydrophobic and oleophobic textile surfaces that repel water, oil, chemicals, blood, and contaminants while maintaining breathability. Contact angle exceeds 150°, and the treatment withstands 50+ industrial wash cycles with minimal degradation.
